Casa Bella with its rich natural woods and native artistry is truly a labor of love. Built by local Tico artisans using distinctive regional wood, Casa Bella reflects all the best of the magical area of the Osa Peninsula. The property is owned and managed by a local Tico, Giovanni, deeply rooted in the community of Puerto Jimenez.  Raised in a family of nine, Giovanni learned both the need for individual initiative, hard work, and a love and responsibility for family.

The youngest brother of Giovanni’s family has a young toddler named Bella who is well known throughout Puerto Jiménez for her kind heart, open-armed welcoming demeanor, and ability to make anyone smile. In familynaming the house, Giovanni, couldn’t think of a more fitting title than Casa Bella or

“Beautiful Home”. From the project’s conception, Giovanni has worked tirelessly to create a well appointed beach house that incorporates all the best construction and features that this community offers.
